Since we were buying a condo with the intent to fully rehab it, there wasn't much Lou needed to address other than routine paper work associated with the purchase. There was the issue of some furniture that remained that Lou had to make sure the executor of the estate was aware she had to arrange to remove it before a certain date. Overall, the whole purchase process was merely us signing all the legal documents. No worries, no issues.
